We are looking for RELIABLE leaflet droppers to distribute our promotional leaflets for us.
We need it delivered to any and all letter boxes belonging to small, medium and large offices, business, commercial and industrial premises, hotels and guest houses, schools and any residential properties.
We are looking for honest and reliable people to deliver our cards and pay £50 per thousand cards dropped.
The work requires that you are able to confront a great deal of walking.
Normally our leaflet droppers deliver one to two thousand cards per five-day week, earning a part-time income of fifty to a hundred pounds a week. From experience it takes on average about eight hours to deliver a thousand leaflets, depending on the area. We recommend that you pace yourself and do not try to do too much, particularly if you are not used to the work. We have found a very workable approach is to deliver 400 leaflets each day Mon-Fri, spending roughly 3 hours or so a day on it.
We have no rule about how many you must do per week beyond a minimum of a thousand. Ideally we would prefer you to deliver two thousand per week, which if you do 400 per day is not too strenuous.
We will only supply you with leaflets when we have budgeted for paying you for delivering them. Once we have provided you with leaflets however (and we would normally provide you with 1000 at a time) we request that you deliver them in the area we assign you within ONE WEEK of receiving the leaflets. We reserve the right to receive back any leaflets that remain undelivered after TWO WEEKS.
We only pay for complete thousands done, so please be sure you can handle getting a full thousand delivered before you start.
IMPORTANT:
Please do not put out any other leaflet belonging to any other company with our leaflet. We have a very strict policy that anyone doing this will not receive payment and will not be given further leafleting work. The reason for this is that putting out several leaflets together has been shown to greatly reduce our response rate.
PROCEDURE
Once you have agreed to deliver leaflets for us, we will deliver leaflets to you as and when we have areas that need to be done.
At the same time as delivering your leaflets we will assign you the area we want done.
You then deliver the leaflets for us, one leaflet per letter box, and keeping a note of the streets you have done and dropping a minimum of a thousand in any five working day period.
Once you have finished, you provide us with an invoice for the money we owe you, together with a list of the streets you have done.
We then run a routine verification and will pay you usually within one or two days of receiving your invoice. The only - very rare - circumstance that will result in non-payment is the leaflets not being done as reported.
If you are happy with us and we are happy with you and you wish to do more leaflets, we will then provide you with more.
BONUSES
As larger properties are often spaced further apart and thus require more walking, we provide commissions as an incentive to ensure larger properties receive a leaflet because larger properties often yield larger decorating contracts. We therefore will pay you a bonus of £20 for every contract of a net value of £1500 or more that results from one of your leaflets and £50 for contracts worth £3000 or more. You qualify for the bonus if you were the last person to drop a leaflet at the address from which the lead originated, even if that was many weeks or months previously. We try to leaflet an area roughly once a month and to assign the area to the same leaflet dropper where possible.
ADDITIONAL LEAFLETS
In the near future we may add another, dis-related leaflet to be delivered along with the existing leaflets. This will involve you in no extra work but as and when this occurs we will pay you an additional £20 per thousand. As this has to be very carefully tested before we do it (because putting several leaflets out together can often greatly reduce the response rate) we cannot however promise it at this stage.
TRANSPORT
Having your own transport is an advantage as we cannot provide transport. For leaflet droppers of proven worth (who have worked with us for a little while with a good return on the leaflets they have distributed) we will cover petrol costs and fares - on the principle that it is in our interests to look after reliable leaflets droppers who get a good result from their leaflets. As a general rule however we will try to give you areas that do not involve too much travelling.
